What is corrugated board?
Corrugated board consists of paper formed into arches called ‘Fluting’; this is usually sandwiched between two flat sheets called ‘Liners’. There are different types of Fluting and liners, all in a range of grammages, which are chosen in combinations to suit different uses. Dairi-Pak can supply corrugated suitable for any requirement.

Corrugated has the durability and the versatility to be used for almost any given requirement. Each different flute has different properties, which are used from point of sale displays to custom made shipping packers. How do I measure a box?
Case dimensions are always internal, in millimeters and given in the order of Length, Width and Height. Alternatively with today’s hustle and bustle; does anyone have the time to size up cases? Dairi-Pak’s experts can measure the cases for you, or design a bespoke pack suitable for the product.
How can I protect my product during shipping?
Dairi-Pak uses Cad-Cam to speed up the design process. Dairi-Pak can design protective pads or fitments to stop damage to products during shipping.
What is Cad-Cam?
Cad-Cam is computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacture. Dairi-Pak uses state of the art software to design new products. This system can be used to produce next day samples for standard FEFCO styles. The system keeps a record of all samples produced and can be reproduced at any time.
What are FEFCO styles?
FEFCO was established in 1952 and represents the interests of the European Corrugated Board Manufacturers. With headquarters in Brussels , the Federation is an International Association governed by Belgian Law.
The objectives of the Federation are to investigate economic, financial, technical and marketing issues of interest to the corrugated packaging Industry, analyze all factors that may influence our industry and promote and develop its image. Basically this gives a list of codes that apply to specific styles of cases, these are internationally recognised.
