RSC's (Regular Slotted Cases)
Dairi-Pak manufactures over 1,000,000 Regular Slotted Cases (RSC’s) a month. All sizes from the smallest of cases up to pallet boxes and larger; Dairi-Pak can manufacture cases of any size. Cases can be plain or printed up to 4 colours. If you require your cases varnished this can be accommodated also.
Die Cut Boxes
Dairi-Pak has the capability to supply very close register, high impact and cleanly printed graphics on our corrugated packaging. The printing process is flexographic and can be printed up to 4 colours. With the availability of coated boards we can supply flex print to almost lithographic quality. If lithographic full colour print is the requirement - with our contacts in the trade, Dairi-Pak can convert Litho laminated sheets into full colour varnished point of sale boxes. The emphasis is always on print quality and this attention to detail is present even if the cases are printed with just 1 or 2 colours.
Fitments / Pads
Dairi-Pak can also manufacture pads, fittings, dividers of all shapes and sizes. If its corrugated and it goes inside a box, regardless of how small and fiddly it is – we’ll supply it.
Any Print Finish on Cases or Die Cuts

Board Grades
Dairi-Pak can convert all conventional grades of corrugated including F, E, B, C, EB, and BC fluted boards. All paper grades are available – Whites, Mottled, Kraft, Testliner2, Test and Chip in all grammages. We also convert coated boards such as clay coat, kemi-lite and waterproof and anti-static coated boards. Whatever your requirement if the board grade exists we can source it and convert it.
