Record Production in May 2025

Last month saw the Production Team at Platt Mill achieve 3 milestones in Dairi-Pak's 37 year history...

For the first time ever the factory converted over 1 Million square metres of board. The actual figure was 1,00,400 sq.m - this can be visualised as a piece of cardboard 1 metre wide that stretches for 1004 kilometers (the distance from our factory in Shropshire to Rostock in Germany)

In addition to this, both TCY casemakers achieved record outputs - The small TCY 9PA recorded 1,084,451 passes and and the larger TCY 6PA recorded 505,634 passes. These figures were achieved on single shift with no overtime. This is the first time our factory has manufactured over 1.5 million glued cases in a month. 

Our machine crews and all staff have been congratulated on these production milestones and are confident that these monthly figures will be surpassed in the very near future. Well done Team Dairi-Pak !
